Business Conditions for customers from abroad:

1. Offer: My business, supplies and terms of payment apply exclusively to all deliveries. The contracts are exclusivly subject to the rights of the Federal Republic of Germany. The application of the intern. purchase rights is impossible. Deviations in the form and colour of the models must be accepted.

2. Prices: The prices mentioned in my offers are performed in Euro € and are of prices per unit. For the intern. market, the price is converted Dollar for the respective day course in US. I undertake no guarantee for misprints. The delivery occurs for the conditions valid on the day of the dispatch of the product in each case and prices.

3. Order: The e-mail addresses are open 24 hours. Your orders are binding and any cancellation which causes cost will be put to your last.

4. Delivery: The dispatch of my products on bill and lost of the orderer. All packets are insured against loss or damage during transport. By transport damage had the reciever the damage with the transporter (mail, railroad, parcel- service etc.) to regulate. Please let me know as soon as possible of any damage.

5. Payment: All deliveries will be made C.o.D; kredidcard. or PAYPAL. All articles belong to the sender till full payment. Not redeemed and back booked orders oblige the orderer for immediate payment the full invoice ammount plus all bank fees and costs.

 6. Guarantee: Damage of the products are to be notifyed in writing within 14 days. Do in no case return a deficent product without approval. I decide according to written communication how the damage will be repaired. I guarantee that I will adjust all approved damage accordingly. Any returned goods without written approved, will not be accepted. From the customer paid postage I will return, when the returnded goods are from me autherized. Claims for compensation of every kind are limited to the height of the purchase price. Compensation because of late remained delivery is excluded generally.

7. Data memory: As far as business necessary and permissible within the framework of the data security law, I incorporate and store customer data in my PC.
